Job Description
- - Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements, creating detailed project plans and timelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the project team, assigning tasks, facilitating communication, and resolving conflicts to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact, providing regular progress updates and managing the expectations of clients and internal stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure that all project deliverables meet agreed-upon standards and client requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Act decisively to identify and resolve issues or roadblocks that arise during the implementation process.
- Project Close-out: Ensure all project documentation is finalized and a smooth transition to ongoing support or account management is completed.
Qualifications
- - Experience: Proven experience managing software implementation projects from initiation to completion. (4-years minimum)
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a technical or business field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a strong plus.
- Methodology Expertise: A solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Personal Attributes: A meticulous planner, resilient problem-solver, and clear communicator who thrives on delivering successful outcomes.
