Job Description
- - Technical Discovery: Partner with the sales team to conduct in-depth technical discovery and gather client requirements.
- Product Demonstrations: Create and deliver customized, compelling product demonstrations and presentations that address the client’s specific pain points.
- Solution Design: Architect and propose technical solutions that meet client needs, often creating proofs of concept (POCs) or pilot projects.
- RFP/RFI Response: Provide detailed technical responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for prospects, answering complex questions and building credibility.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure the proposed solution is feasible and well-supported.
- Market Feedback: Gather and relay technical feedback from prospects to help inform the company's product roadmap.
- Post-Sale Handoff: Ensure a smooth transition by providing the implementation team with all necessary technical documentation and context.
Qualifications
- - Experience: Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or systems engineering role. (4-years minimum)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of software architecture, APIs, and the specific solutions being sold to a client.
- Personal Attributes: A natural problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset and a collaborative spirit.
