Job Description
- - Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, lasting partnerships based on trust.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, liaising with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client value and ensure their continued success.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to report on performance, demonstrate value, and align on future goals.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract renewals and manage negotiations to secure favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback to product development and marketing teams to help improve solutions.
- Reporting: Track and analyze key account metrics and provide regular reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- - Experience: Proven track record in B2B account management, customer success, or relationship-focused sales. (4-years of minimum experience).
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- Business Acumen: A deep understanding of client businesses to identify opportunities and act as a trusted advisor.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, empathetic, and organized, with a passion for ensuring long-term client satisfaction and success.
