Job Description
- - Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Actively prospect for new business through various channels and meticulously manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to close.
- Discovery & Solution Presentation: Conduct in-depth analysis of prospect needs to present tailored solutions that clearly articulate the value of the software.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and effectively close new deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- End-to-End Client Handoff: Facilitate a seamless transition by onboarding new clients and conducting a detailed internal and external handoff to the Account Management team.
- Strategic Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to inform sales strategies.
- Revenue Growth: Responsible for achieving and maximizing key performance indicators (KPIs), with a primary focus on the total new revenue generated from closed deals.
- Sales Efficiency: Track and improve the lead-to-client conversion rate, ensuring the efficient use of time and resources throughout the sales process.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong initial relationships with new clients to ensure a positive start and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- - Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the software or IT industry. (4-years minimum)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- Technical Aptitude: A foundational understanding of software solutions and IT environments to effectively articulate value to prospects.
- Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter with excellent time management and a relentless, "hunter" mentality.
